WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER IN THESE 16 WEEKS Classes are held on Tuesdays at 12:00 PM PT. In this 16-week transformational intensive, Tim and Jeffrey walk you through the fundamental spiritual skills and competencies needed to successfully overcome the limitations of your trauma and move forward by sharing their unique gifts with others. In addition to the main activities of the course, Tim and Jeffrey will also host monthly mastermind calls in which he and the coaches he has trained will work more closely with you and answer additional questions. It will also give you time to share and be supported by others if you wish. This will help build a strong, global community of practice and support, all of whom can be allies in bringing your top leadership to the world. Each weekly live workout will evolve harmoniously into the next, so you develop a complete, holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you need to move beyond trauma as a source of motivation and take more risks to help you fully. to realize the purpose of your life. MODULE 1: REMOVE YOUR WOUNDS FROM THE SHELTER (2 WEEKS) (SEPTEMBER 27 AND OCTOBER 4) What would be possible if you could finally heal the fundamental wounds that have shaped your reality? What if you could be reconciled with yourself and live in a state of peace and grace? What do you need to turn to to keep all parts of you “on board” as you progress down this path from wound-based motivation to a purposeful life and livelihood? The prospect of deep, personal transformation often activates fears and limiting beliefs, even as you change the pattern that hurt you! Before you embark on a process that develops your personality and catalyzes a life of deep peace, purpose, and harmony, you must consciously pay attention to your fears of change. In these two sessions with Tim, Jeffrey and visiting tutor Marcela Rodriguez, you will learn: The highest goal of your wounds is in your spiritual growth and development as a person What really drives your resistance to change and what to do about it Freedom from fears that prevent you from developing beyond your wounds and embodying your highest goal A clear vision of yourself and your life after completing this transformation Two powerful techniques for releasing fears, doubts and limiting beliefs that can block your success in achieving any important goal in your life. Marcela Rodriguez is an international consultant, healer and teacher of consciousness who has worked with CEOs and multinational companies for over 20 years. Marcela heals wounds and helps people live their essence. She helps them balance their feminine and masculine principles in order to unleash maximum power to change their lives and the world. Marcela is Certified Family and Organizational Constellation and Certified True Purpose® Trainer. She conducted trainings on voice dialogue. MODULE 2: DESCRIPTION OF THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS (3 WEEKS) (October 11, 18 and 25)Why do you do what you do? This seems like a simple enough question, but we all have certain patterns and behaviors that seem to “slip away” that we don’t like and regret. Maybe you will explode on your children. Either you criticize your spouse, control your employees, or just scold yourself! In this module, you will discover the defining moments that triggered these patterns in the first place. What would it be like to finally neutralize those old, unconscious triggers that create pain for you and others? How would you feel if you could be in the environment that used to set you in motion, but now you can stay connected to your heart and go through every situation with love? In this module, you will find: How and why did you develop your wound patterns The unconscious decisions you make and what drives them What parts of your body developed during the injury (the parts that want and need to be healed now!) Skills and gifts that have grown out of your wound patterns and how you can carry them forward in your life in purposeful, healthy ways MODULE 3: UPDATING YOUR EMOTIONAL OPERATING SYSTEM (3 WEEKS) (November 1, 8 and 15) Most of your life is spent not being who your wound speaks of! This is the drama of life, and this is what keeps you on a sandy wheel, trying to heal yourself and grow, but still find yourself in painful patterns that you want to avoid. The good news is that your wound-based beliefs, like all beliefs, can change! Did you know that your deep wound is actually a deep, judgmental belief that you created about yourself at an early age in order to adjust to your circumstances? It may sound like this: I am stupid, I am a fraud, I am worthless, I am nothing, and so on. In this module, you will experience liberation from knowing what your wound-induced belief really is, in precise, personal language. You will then be involved in a process of deeply changing beliefs that will allow you to see your wound for what it is – just a decision you have made that you can undo. In this module, visiting faculty members Lev Goodman, Tim, and Jeffrey will guide you to: Name your main wound – what you have crushed for your whole life See how everything springs from your wound and shapes your life Appreciate your wound as essential preparation for your life’s work Take your wound into a loving process of evolution and change Finally free yourself from this old structure and live in a powerful, peaceful present Lion Goodman has 35 years of experience as an executive trainer, consultant and healer. He has coached business owners, technology leaders and change agents around the world. Lyon is the creator of the Clear Belief Process, a patented mind-altering belief system that he has taught hundreds of trainers and therapists around the world. MODULE 4: HEAL YOUR WOUNDS (6 WEEKS) (29 NOVEMBER, 6, 13, 20 DECEMBER, 10 AND 17 JANUARY)Now that you have understood the wound, discovered the patterns in your life that flow from it, and changed your wounding beliefs, you can move towards deep healing. In response to your beliefs caused by the wounds, you have developed parts of your psyche: protective parts, critical parts, injured children, and parts that you just buried most of your life. In their evolved state, these parts of your being are integral to a highly functioning psyche that can take on anything and allow you to boldly embark on your life’s mission. During this module, you will: Develop a deep inner resolution to work with and heal these wounded parts of yourself. Learn to manage intangible emotions and experience them in real time without “making them wrong” Understand the structure of your psyche and “improve” the roles your parts play to serve the mission and joy of your life Look at the reason most change agents struggle to fulfill their mission, and how to create a psyche that can reach your mission powerfully, lovingly and effectively. MODULE 5: THE WAY TO THE FUTURE (2 WEEKS) (January 24 and 31) Now that you’ve done a tremendous amount of work to change and develop your wounds, it’s time to create a plan for the most powerful, dedicated, loving version of yourself. The wisdom and practice that you have learned in this program is designed to help you remain consciously involved in an ongoing process of rapid self-transformation. With this as the “new normal,” every aspect of your life can feel expansive, meaningful, and purposeful. When your energetic motivation is transformed beyond your wounds, you have a clear vision and path to fulfill your deepest calling. In this module with Tim, Jeffrey and visiting faculty member Heather Munroe Pierce, you will receive: A plan for your further evolution and transformation Resources to support and accelerate your growth Clarity, strategy and support to stay on course in the long run Heather Munroe Pierce is a contemporary temple dancer, embodied guide and Inspirational leader in the conscious dance movement. She invites and encourages women to be more fully embodied, as a way to embrace the feminine and become stronger. She has led her original form of dance movement meditation, TransDance®, both nationally and internationally. She has taught Movement Consciousness Workshops at Esalen, Kripalu and the Omega Institute. She participates in the One Billion Rising program, teaching dance instructors, conducting flash mobs and promoting dancing in both men’s and women’s prisons as a form of social action. Through her many years of research into modalities of movement, traditions of wisdom and depth psychology, Heather has developed a set of works and a style of facilitation that nourishes and ignites the opening of the individual soul and oneness with the divine. She honors both the masculine and the feminine, inside and out. Heather’s passion for teaching and leadership stems from her own experience with dance as a path to healing, health and integrity.
